Naval Sea Systems Command Multiple Award Contracts (MACs) are designed to include all aspects of professional support services required by NAVSEA, its related Program Executive Offices (PEOs) and field affiliates. Quality Assurance Program
In addition to our overall focus on a consistent dedication to quality, our internal Quality Assurance Program has a number of procedures in place to ensure we monitor and sustain our performance. Our project managers are responsible for all facets of their projects, including continual monitoring of project implementation and review of all deliverables to ensure that only high quality products are provided. Their project plans must include specific procedures for ensuring quality support and review of products, including the specific individuals that will have review responsibility. Additionally, since the customer is the final arbiter of product quality, every project plan includes specific procedures for obtaining customer feedback.
In practice, this approach translates to regular customer interface to remain responsive to the dynamic environment in which our clients operate. Project managers remain abreast of client requirements, expectations, and priorities as they evolve and endeavor to engage George Consulting with the appropriate skill set to meet the needs of the customer. Senior Management also meets with their client counterpart on at least a biannual basis to provide the opportunity for feedback on satisfaction with products, services, and our interpretation and execution of work in light of overall priorities. Most of our deliverables are consistently provided ahead of schedule, and we remain able to successfully respond to quick turn around requests with a quality product.
